Company Secretary course, is a professional program that trains people to be advisors on legal, financial, and governance issues for businesses. They handle tasks like tax returns, record-keeping, and ensuring the company follows regulations. It’s a three-stage program that can be taken after high school and equips graduates with the skills to be a key part of a company’s strategy and operations.

Duration : Usually 4-5 years

Eligibility : Passed or appeared in senior secondary (10 + 2) examination

Direct entry to Executive Level (After Graduation)

Practical Training : Practical training of 24 months to be completed before appearing final examination.
